Understanding the environment
When I was first briefed on Recharge Friday, my main question was: what works best in this space? The animation would play on a large screen at the company entrance — a place where first impressions matter, but conversations also happen.
I chose a clean, looping animation that catches the eye without demanding attention. It adds energy to the space while remaining subtle enough not to distract guests at the front desk.
A few months later, I was approached again for the Week of Happiness at Work campaign. Having really enjoyed the first project, I didn’t hesitate to say yes.
This time, the challenge was bigger — more stakeholders, more content, and a stronger internal presence. I opted for a more vibrant, pop-inspired animation style. It brought warmth and personality while remaining accessible and easy to digest on larger screens.
